Task 1. Expand the relationship of management activities with the issues of psychology and comment on the main areas of their contact.

Task 2. In managerial psychology, based on numerous observations, the following patterns have been identified:
- the more fully positive formal relations are represented in the system and process of management, the less room remains for the emergence of negative informal relations;
- the more fully positive informal relations are represented in the system and process of management, the less opportunities for manifestation of negative formal relations.

Tasks:
1. Remember the basic psychological characteristics of formal and informal relationships.
2. Analyze the essence of the presented patterns and formulate your own clear understanding of the relationship between formal and informal relations in the management process using the example of your organization.
3. Formulate the main directions of taking into account these patterns in the process of organizing activities and interaction of structural units using the example of your organization.

Task 3. What is the role of attitudes and stereotypes in human behavior? Give a list of attitudes and stereotypes in subordinates that determine their attitude to the leader and to professional activity.

Task 4. Expand the content of the psychology of team management of the company. Examine the situation: the head of a large enterprise orally instructed his deputy to bring to the attention of all employees the following:
- on the introduction of additional office equipment at workplaces;
-on the introduction of new reporting;
-about strengthening control in production.
