  1. Product selection
    1. First of all, you must understand that you are buying an electronic product, and you do not have the opportunity to feel it before buying. As practice shows, most of the misunderstandings in online purchases arise due to the fact that the buyer was in a hurry and inattentively read the terms of sale, delivery or product description. Therefore, take your time, take an extra minute and carefully study all the information about the purchased product and its seller.
    2. When choosing a product, we strongly recommend:
      • Carefully study the product description page and make sure that this is exactly what you need. All product information is compiled by the seller. It should be clear from the description exactly what you will receive after payment. If you have any questions or doubts, be sure to contact the seller directly, since it is he who owns the full information about the product he owns. By the way, the promptness and completeness of the answer will help you form your opinion about the seller.
      • Pay attention to the number of sales of the selected product and whether there were any refunds. If there are negative or positive reviews, be sure to read their content. Pay special attention to the seller's comments to them.
      • Take a look at the seller information page. Pay attention to the date of registration of the seller on the trading platform. See what the seller lists as contact information. Attention! This information is provided by the seller himself and is not controlled by the administration of the trading platform. If the seller has a WebMoney passport, the corresponding logo will be present on this page. This means that in Certification Center WebMoney Transfer stores verified or notarized passport details of the seller. If the emblem is present, be sure to click on it with the mouse to view information about the owner.
      • Pay attention to the seller's rating. On our marketplace, rating is the main indicator of a seller's reputation. We recommend purchasing such goods only from sellers with whom you personally have been working for a long time (more than once purchased goods from them) and are sure of their decency.
  2. Payment for goods
    1. To pay for the product, you should click the "Pay" button on the product card page. You will be redirected to the payment gateway, where, following the instructions, complete the payment procedure in a convenient way for you.   3. Receipt of goods
    1. is an instant delivery marketplace. You get access to all products immediately after payment - you don't have to wait a minute to start using the paid product. If you bought a book or a program, then immediately after payment you will be provided with a download link, if you bought a prepaid card, you will be provided with all the details of this card (serial number, pin code) or its scanned image, etc.
    2. If during the payment or receipt of the goods there was some kind of failure, and in the meantime the funds were debited from your electronic wallet (account, card, etc.), then you can receive the paid goods at any time in the section My purchases...   4. Product review
    1. You can leave, and, if necessary, change your review about each product purchased on our trading platform. For this in the zone My purchases, select a payment method, log in and in the appeared table with a list of all your purchases, click on the name of the product about which you want to leave a review. As we described above, feedback affects seller ratings. In addition, a negative review (with a “bad” rating) temporarily blocks the activities of a seller who does not have a personal passport. We draw your attention to the fact that you can leave negative feedback no later than 60 days from the date of purchase.
  5. What if I was deceived?
    1. First of all, don't worry or panic. As practice shows, in most cases this is not a deception, but a misunderstanding. Most of the misunderstandings arise from the fact that either the buyer has not read the seller's terms and conditions and the product description carefully, or the seller has vaguely explained what he is selling and how.
    2. So, if you think you have been a victim of deception, your sequence of actions should be as follows:
      1. First of all, read the product description and purchase conditions carefully again. If there was your inattention, contact the seller, explain the situation and try to settle the issue with him. Most likely the seller will meet you halfway.
      2. If you believe that the item received is not as described, please leave negative feedback for the item. For this in the section My purchases log in, select the desired product and leave a review with a "bad" rating. If within 24 hours the seller does not leave a comment on your review or does not contact you, inform the administrator of the trading platform using a special form on the page
        • If the seller is not identified by the presence of a personal passport or PhotoID/VideoID of the WebMoney Transfer system, the goods displayed by him will be automatically blocked. In addition, the seller will be notified to contact you. If the seller does not provide us with information about receiving a personal passport or PhotoID/VideoID within 30 days, the administration will return your funds from the seller’s account minus a 0.5% service commission.
        • If the seller is the owner of a personal certificate or PhotoID/VideoID of the WebMoney Transfer system, all issues related to the possibility of a refund are resolved through buyer-seller negotiations as part of a dispute over a negative review, and also, if necessary, by contacting the WebMoney Arbitration.
        Attention! Regardless of the payment method, a refund is only possible to a WebMoney system wallet or by crediting to a mobile phone account of Russian telecom operators, a USDT wallet (TRC20) or to a gift card. Additional costs associated with the conversion of electronic currencies are not reimbursed.
        The exception is a refund when paying for goods through PayPal, such a refund is made within the PayPal system in accordance with the established user PayPal agreements (clause 11 "Protection programs provided by PayPal").

      4. If the issue cannot be resolved by an amicable agreement, and you intend to sue the seller, will act as a witness to the transaction and provide the court with all the information it has about the seller, as well as information about the circumstances of the disputed transaction.
