User Agreement for the Sale of Online Products
through the WMCentre.net trading platform

1. General provisions
   1. The WMCentre.net trading platform is a complex of information and technical solutions placed on the Internet that allow instant settlements between the buyer and the seller, as well as ensure interaction between the buyer and the seller through electronic communication channels.
   2. WMCentre.net invites the Internet user (hereinafter - the Seller) to use its services on the terms set forth in this User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement").
   3. A buyer is an individual who has reached the age established by civil law who purchases goods on WMCentre.net for a fee.
2. The price of goods and the procedure for settlements between the parties
   1. The prices for goods are determined by the Seller independently.
   2. The WMCentre.net administration has the right to determine the minimum prices (lower price thresholds) for a particular type of product.
3. Entry into force of the agreement
   1. The Agreement enters into force from the moment the Seller expresses its consent to its terms in the manner provided for in clause 3.2. Agreements.
   2. This Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the registration procedure is completed by the Seller on the website https://wmcentre.net/.
   3. The Seller is deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full also in the case of starting to use any WMCentre.net service, its individual functions.
4. Hand
   1. SELLER
      1. The seller can be any individual:
         • has reached the age of 16;
         • registered on the WMCentre.net web server;
         • has assumed the obligations of unconditional compliance with the Agreement in the form of an open offer;
         • has obtained the necessary identification data to receive WMCentre.net services.
      2. If the Seller disagrees with any of the provisions of the Agreement, he is not entitled to use the services of WMCentre.net.
      3. A seller offering a product for sale thereby confirms that he has the legal right to sell the specified product.
      4. The seller has the right to place goods for sale on the website https://wmcentre.net/, taking into account Appendices 1 Agreement.
      5. The seller of WMCentre.net is obliged to fulfill in good faith the obligations undertaken by him both to the administration of WMCentre.net and to his counterparties (in case of concluding purchase and sale transactions with the latter).
      6. The WMCentre.net seller does not have the right to use advertising information, namely the web addresses of third-party sites, in the abbreviated or full name of the organization, the name of the product offered for sale and its description, when specifying personal identification data.
      7. The WMCentre.net Seller is not entitled to send commercial or other advertising (SPAM) to the WMCentre.net Buyers, as well as other WMCentre.net Sellers.
      8. The WMCentre.net seller is obliged to comply with the additional requirements for the clearance of goods (including price terms) specified on the checkout page.
      9. The WMCentre.net seller is obliged to place the goods offered for sale strictly in the section designated for the corresponding category of goods. The final decision on the conformity of the product and the section in which it is posted always remains with the WMCentre.net Administration.
      10. The seller is obliged to refrain from copying, reproducing, changing, supplementing, distributing (including public demonstration), using for commercial or other purposes contrary to the law of the content of the site https://wmcentre.net/ (any part of it).
      11. The WMCentre.net seller has no right to artificially inflate the sales rating (selling a product at a temporarily lower price, changing the name of a product with a sales history to a new one, etc.).
      12. By accepting this Agreement, the WMCentre.net seller expresses his consent to the processing of personal data by the WMCentre.net administration in accordance with the law N152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27.07.2006, XNUMX, and also allows the publication of this data on his personal page, as well as the ability of third parties to access this data, since the data on the User's Personal Page is publicly available.
      13. The following manipulations of product parameter options with a price modifier (if any) are prohibited:
          • If a product has a regional parameter and among the parameter options there is a region of the Russian Federation (RU), then it should act as the default option without a price modifier
          • No combination of the selected parameter options should result in a zero or negative price for the product
          • You cannot create a duplicate of an existing product by adding a parameter to another product
          • It is prohibited to add variants of product parameters solely for the purpose of reducing the nominal value of the product and not implying regular sale, or having no practical meaning
      14. The seller is obliged to refrain from placing goods that partially or completely duplicate other goods provided by the same seller on the site. A product is considered duplicate if it differs from other products only in the number of units sold (keys, items, currency, etc.) or the subscription period, in the case of sales of services. The final decision to classify a product as duplicate always remains with the Administration of WMCentre.net.
   2. WMCENTRE.NET ADMINISTRATION
      1. This Agreement may be changed by the administration of WMCentre.net without any special notice, the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet at https://wmcentre.net/info/seller-agreement, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement can be found on the page at https://wmcentre.net/info/seller-agreement.
      2. The WMCentre.net administration has the right, at its discretion, to introduce, cancel or change the fee for the services provided.
      3. The WMCentre.net administration has the right to remove from the web server any information that does not comply with this agreement, legislation or violate the rights of third parties.
      4. The WMCentre.net administration has the right to refuse the Seller in the provision of services if the fact of the Seller's illegal activities in relation to WMCentre.net or its users becomes proven, as well as if the Seller's rating becomes negative.
      5. The WMCentre.net administration has the right to make a refund to the buyer for the goods sold, for which a negative review was left, if within 3 calendar days the seller did not leave a counter comment in the negative review dispute or did not contact the administration. Refunds to the buyer are made from the seller's personal account in full, taking into account all commissions (WebMoney Transfer commission, WMCentre.net commission and DigiSeller service commission).
      6. The WMCentre.net administration has the right to request documents confirming the source / origin of the goods (suppliers, documents confirming purchases, copyright patents / certificates) and, in this regard, increase the delay for the withdrawal of funds for the sale of certain goods for up to 90 days.
      7. The administration of WMCentre.net has the right to initiate the procedure for additional identification of the Seller by sending a digital photograph of the seller along with the main page of the passport to WMCentre.net email and/or going through the procedure for obtaining VideoID on the website https://passport.web.money/asp/VideoId.asp and /or completing the procedure for obtaining a personal certificate of the WebMoney Transfer system.
      8. The WMCentre.net administration reserves the right to downgrade the seller's rating on the site as a penalty for failure to provide the goods, paid for in advance, within the specified period.
      9. The WMCentre.net administration reserves the right to suspend the seller's activities on the site if the seller does not respond (or does not read) messages from the Administration, while visiting the Digiseller personal account, as well as if the seller does not respond to Administration messages for more than 72 hours.
5. Liability and Disputes Between the Parties
   1. The WMCentre.net administration does not participate in possible disagreements and disputes (including litigation) between sellers and buyers.
   2. The WMCentre.net administration is not responsible for the goods offered by sellers for sale and purchase.
   3. If the administration of WMCentre.net becomes aware of a violation by the Seller of the terms of this Agreement, the following sanctions may be applied to such a Seller:
      • restricting access to WMCentre.net services;
      • termination of access to WMCentre.net services.
      1. Restriction of access to services is applied in cases where:
         • the buyer left a negative review for the purchased product, while the Seller does not have a personal certificate of the WebMoney Transfer system;
         • the buyer left negative feedback, as a result of which the seller's rating became negative;
         • the administration of WMCentre.net received a properly executed complaint of the copyright holder about the actions (inaction) of the seller.
      2. Termination of access to services is applied when one of the following conditions is met:
         • the seller has not resolved the conflict situation with the buyer that arose as a result of the sale and purchase transaction between the parties (see paragraphs 1, 2, clause 5.3.1. of the Agreement);
         • the seller's failure to provide the WMCentre.net administration within 30 days with information on the receipt of a personal certificate of the WebMoney Transfer system;
         • refusal of the anonymous User from identification;
         • provision by the User during registration of false information.
         The term for the application of sanctions is determined in each case individually by the WMCentre.net administration.
6. Payments for using wmcentre.net services
   1. The Seller is not charged for registration on the website https://wmcentre.net/.
   2. The commission for using the services, in WM units, is charged only upon successful completion of the purchase and sale transaction. At the moment, it ranges from 2,5% for the "Games" section and 9% for the "Digital goods", "E-books" and "Software" sections. WMCentre.net spends the funds received on advertising the trading platform, expanding the range of services provided and technical support for the project.
   3. Fees for certain services provided by WMCentre.net may be introduced and changed by the administration of WMCentre.net.
   4. WMCentre.net reserves the right to impose an additional commission on the sale of certain categories of goods.
7. Final provisions
   1. The WMCentre.net administration does not guarantee permanent or unconditional access to the services provided by WMCentre.net. The functioning of the site https://wmcentre.net/ may be disrupted by the actions of forces majeure and other factors, the prevention or overcoming of which is beyond the capabilities of the organizers of WMCentre.net.
   2. The WMCentre.net administration does not provide any guarantees regarding the ownership of the goods sold or purchased using WMCentre.net, their suitability for a specific purpose or the absence of violation of the rights of third parties.
   3. The WMCentre.net administration does not provide any guarantees regarding the actions of the WMCentre.net sellers.
   4. All disputes between the Seller and the WMCentre.net administration must be resolved through negotiations.
   5. Any losses that the Seller may incur in the event of willful or reckless violation of any requirement of this Agreement and related regulations will not be reimbursed by the WMCentre.net administration.
   6. The maximum property liability of the WMCentre.net administration cannot exceed the amount equivalent to the Seller's payment for the provision of WMCentre.net services.
   7. This Agreement may be terminated by the Seller at any time provided that it notifies WMCentre.net electronically 30 (thirty) business days prior to the date of the intended termination of this Agreement. The Agreement is considered terminated upon the expiration of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of sending an email with notification of termination of the Agreement.
