The configuration is intended for maintaining a database of computers and office equipment at the enterprise. The program is built intuitively and it is very easy to start keeping records in it. Designed for use in small and medium-sized enterprises.
Configuration Description:
1. Accounting for jobs, computers (components in them), as well as users responsible for these computers.
2. Lot accounting of components by serial numbers, quantity, price.
3. Lot accounting for equipment sets, types of sets and inventory numbers.
4. Demo import of computer data from the computer data collection program Everest (formerly Aida32).
5. Ability to work with counterparties in the context of contracts.
6. Accounting for equipment undergoing external repair.
7. Accounting for the commission for acts of write-off, receipts, etc.
8. Printing invoices and acts of receipt, write-off, installation and other forms.
9. Reports on workplaces, warehouses, components. Component movement reports.
10. Possibility of entering documents of appointment of the commission for the enterprise.
