Description
It happens that you have to fill out reports, and drive in the same thing (ie Report No. 1, for example, is duplicated by 10-30% in Report No. 2).
It pisses me off.
Moreover, the reporting forms are periodically changed and if you make a program that automates the preparation of these reports, then it will have to be refined for life.
I have an idea to make a universal program :-)
Inside the document, we put labels where the data will be inserted.
Labels like: << Group.FieldName.FieldType.Hint.Default Value >>
We put all the templates made in this way in one folder.
We launch the program, specify the folder with templates. The program loops through all the documents in the folder, and for each label it finds, a control is created according to its type. (When the same label is found again, nothing happens)
We fill in.
Press the button - the program re-iterates through the documents and inserts the text in accordance with the labels.
Received documents are re-saved to the folder specified by the user.
For the convenience of turning a document into a template, the program WordTemplate (WT) is included
Well, it's the same for Excel.
The program is frankly damp ... But I'm not asking for much?
