The configuration is designed to track the execution of requests for the transportation of passengers and goods by the company's transport.
Description of work.
Upon receipt of an application from a client, the operator fills out the form of the directory "Unclosed applications", in which he indicates the starting point of the trip and the time at which the car should arrive, the type of car, as well as the final destination of the trip. If the application is accepted by phone, the client's phone number is indicated, which is used to search for the address of the starting point. If the application is accepted as "for the near future", then the operator sends the car for execution immediately, otherwise the application is transferred to the category of postponed applications, and will be issued to the operator some time before the time of sending the car to the client.
The customer service area is determined by the address of the starting point. In the experience of taxi services, the city is usually divided into areas in which there are parking lots waiting for a call. And for the execution of the application, a car is sent, which is located in the nearest parking lot.
Upon arrival of the car to the client, the driver contacts the operator, who invites the client and fixes the time of car delivery.
After passengers boarding, the driver contacts the operator, thereby fixing the start time of the trip and specifying the destination of the trip. If during the trip the passenger changes the route, then this must be communicated to the operator.
At the end of the trip, the driver contacts the operator, indicates the amount and his location.
