Unlike the original Bad Company 2, the game takes place in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. The player can fight for one of two sides of the conflict: the United States or North Vietnam. All vehicles in the add-on have been replaced with a completely new one used during the Vietnam War. The game features new weapons as well as several weapons from the original Bad Company 2.In many ways, the gameplay is identical to the original game, of the significant differences can be noted the lack of high-tech improvements to weapons.
