Foreign passport (update from 19.01.2009)

Foreign passport - the program is designed for the preparation and printing of documents that are submitted to the OVIR for obtaining a passport of a new sample - with a chip containing the biometric data of the owner.
The following documents are prepared and printed:
application for a passport for an adult;
application for a passport for a child under 18;
receipt for payment of state duty.
It is possible to save the created documents in a file for their later use.

Documents for registration of passport

1. A photocopy of all completed pages of the internal Russian passport.
2.2 copies application forms certified by the seal and signature of the management at the place of work
3.Photo - 4 pieces, in an oval, matte only, size 3,5 x 4,5 cm.
4.Copy of the completed pages of the work book, stamped at the place of work
5. The original of the previous passport (if any).
6. Originals and photocopies of the birth certificate and an insert on the presence of Russian citizenship (when the child is entered in the parent's passport). If the child is over 2 years old, 3 photos are required.
7. Certificate from the military registration and enlistment office, form 32 (for men from 18 to 27 years old).
8.Copy of the pension certificate (for pensioners).
9.Certificate on the acquisition of Russian citizenship or a copy of the insert on the presence of Russian citizenship (only for persons who received Russian citizenship after February 1, 1992).

Children from 14 to 18 years old:

1. A photocopy of all completed pages of the child's internal Russian passport (the original will be needed when obtaining a passport).
2. A photocopy of the child's birth certificate.
3. The original of the child's previous passport (if any).
4.Two copies of application forms signed by the parent.
5. A photocopy of all completed pages of the parent's internal passport.
6.Photo - 2 parents, 4 children, in an oval, on matte paper. Size - 3,5 x 4,5 cm.

Children under 14:

1. Originals and photocopies of the child's birth certificate and an insert confirming the presence of Russian citizenship.
