The A129 Mangusta helicopter is the first attack helicopter fully developed and manufactured in Western Europe. Composite materials are widely used in the design of the fuselage with a tandem crew arrangement, which made it possible to increase its survivability. For the first time, a computerized control system was installed on the helicopter, providing for the control of it by the crew. The premium modification A129 International is a prototype developed in the 90s and has improved armament compared to the original version. The armament of this helicopter model is presented in the form of a 12,7 mm machine gun in a bow turret, as well as various options for combined equipment, including up to eight TOW-2 or AGM-114B Hellfire ATGMs, up to 76 unguided missiles and two containers with 12,7 -mm machine guns.
• Helicopters have their own research tree, but they use aircraft crews and their skills.
• In the "Events" menu, individual helicopter battles and Simulator tank battles are available. Helicopters cannot be used in aviation modes.
• In Realistic Tank Battles, in order to fly out in a helicopter using an ATGM, you must first earn respawn points on ground vehicles. Unguided helicopters can be used from the start of the battle.
• In Arcade Tank Battles, random helicopters are available at high battle ranks as air sorties. At the same time, a helicopter flight will not go into research progress.
All premium vehicles will allow you to earn more research points and Silver Lions in each battle, and immediately have all available upgrades.
