The US armed forces are based in more than 2/3 of the countries of the world, and some of them are tired of it. A group of terrorists calling themselves "The Engineers" is preparing an ultimatum known as the BLACK LIST - a list of attacks against targets of importance to the United States that will be carried out if their demands are not met. Special Agent Sam Fisher now leads the newly formed Fourth Echelon, a secret unit accountable only to the President of the United States. At all costs, the Engineers must be hunted down before the Blacklist threats are carried out.

Activation1. You need to download and install (if not already installed) Steam.
2. Register a new Steam account or log into an existing one.
3. The link received after the purchase must be copied and pasted into your Internet browser, logged in under your Steam account and accepted the gift to yourself in the LIBRARY or added to the INVENTORY.
4. After activation, the game will appear in the list of games and you can download it from steam. The installation (download) process takes about 15-50 minutes (depending on the available Internet channel).
