The Sims 3 base game now includes a character flashback system starting May 31, 2011. This system was developed in connection with the emergence of the new addition to The Sims 3 "All Ages", but soon the developers decided to implement it for the base game. The memory system is very different from the one that was in the previous The Sims 2 series. All vital events of the character (school, wedding, birth of children, grandchildren, death of loved ones and friends, breakdown of relationships, ups and downs in career) will be automatically recorded in the "Album of Memories", but also the player himself will be able to record any other events in the lives of the characters. You can also share these Sim memories with the members of The Sims 3 Official Forum on Facebook. The presence of this system in the base game will diversify the gameplay itself and will give the greatest realism to the life of the characters.
