Case No. 1
The law of the subject of the Russian Federation contains the following provisions:
1. the appeal of a citizen must be registered on the day of its receipt;
2. a written response should be provided only to written requests;
3. appeals may be in the form of proposals, applications, petitions, complaints, collective appeals and petitions;
4. appeals drawn up in any form (not according to the proposed samples) are not subject to consideration;
5. the appeal must be considered within 10 days;
6. the citizen who submitted the appeal must contribute to its consideration, namely, provide the state authorities of the subject with the required information, documents and materials, carry out courier functions, etc.;
7. The decision made as a result of the appeal can only be appealed in court.

Case No. 2
The district prosecutor's office received a statement from a citizen, which states that the head of the district administration repeatedly went on business trips abroad at the expense of funds provided to him by the company "M", the general director of which (who is a distant relative of the head of administration) transferred cash in euros to the head of administration before business trips .

Case No. 3At the claim of the organization to the administration of the district for the recovery of debt for the performance of work, the court issued a decision in which it ordered the administration to pay the debt.
The bailiff did not execute the judgment issued for 8 months. The senior bailiff reprimanded the bailiff, and the judge, having learned that the decision was not being implemented, sent an appeal to the head of administration, in which he asked to take measures to enforce the court decision and imposed an administrative fine on the head of the district for non-execution of the court decision. After that, the head of the district ordered the immediate execution of the court decision, and a week later he held a meeting at which the issue of timely execution of court decisions by the administration was considered.

Case No. 4
In accordance with the decision of the city's referendum, the head of the municipality received a large loan for the reconstruction of the municipal woodworking plant. It was planned to recoup the costs within one year, and at the expense of profits to carry out major repairs of the city heating system. However, due to a sharp drop in demand for products, the plant went bankrupt. The city administration appealed to the governor of the region with a demand to compensate for these losses at the expense of the regional budget, warning that otherwise the dilapidated heating networks could fail. The governor replied that the repair of municipal heating networks is a function of local self-government and their repair should be financed from the local budget, for example, by temporarily stopping the construction of a district highway.

Perspective directions of work of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the N region of the Russian Federation are determined by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2018 No. 204 "On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024" (hereinafter referred to as the Decree).
The key areas, according to the Decree, are to increase the proportion of citizens leading a healthy lifestyle, as well as increasing the proportion of citizens systematically engaged in physical culture and sports to 55 percent and creating conditions for all categories and groups of the population to engage in physical culture and sports, mass sports, including an increase in the level of provision of the population with sports facilities, as well as the preparation of a sports reserve.
