3st stage of internship (8th semester):
Pass a briefing on familiarization with the requirements of labor protection, safety, fire safety, as well as the rules of internal labor regulations.
Analyze the financial condition of the organization, draw up a report on financial performance.
To get acquainted with the strategic objectives of the company.
Analyze risks, as well as factors of consumer behavior.
Determine the corporate, competitive and functional strategy for the development of the organization.
Prepare an internship report, including the following appendices: copies of financial documents, a report on financial performance, an analytical note containing conclusions and proposals for the strategic development of the organization.
- Reflect in the analytical note:
• analysis of financial indicators;
• ways to organize control over the implementation of production plans;
• analysis of leadership styles;
• analysis of risks and factors of consumer behavior;
• analysis of the organization's development strategy.
