The seller wrote to me that I had all the information, after that I asked him to restore my account and give me a password and mail, he answered me that "Have you changed the data? Have the data from the mail been changed?" ignoring my question about account recovery, I asked him again if he could restore the account, "Why can't you, the owner of the account, restore it and transfer it back to me ????" The seller still ignored my questions. Later, I contacted support about the fact that the seller cannot (refuses) to restore the account and the seller wrote to me that "The information on this account was clarified, all the data was available only to you and transferred for change, except for you, no one could have access to new account data, unless there was a data leak on your part, or if you yourself did not transfer them to 3rd parties.", after that I realized that support does not care about this situation.
