    The seller asks to remove the negative review, promising to immediately return the money for the low-quality product, can you trust him?

    Do not delete a review under any circumstances until the conflict is completely resolved. When you delete a negative review, the block on the seller’s funds is removed, and he will have the opportunity to withdraw money from the store. In this case, you will not be able to return the money paid for a defective product.
    The only condition for changing the review may be the provision of a working product that fully corresponds to the description.
