ProxyConnectionFailure: Failed to connect to server Ukraine.
Cause: ERR_INTERNAL_ERROR: context deadline exceeded
UPD (two days later): They helped, they replaced the connection method with another one, not through Outline (it became more inconvenient), but the fact is that they helped, now everything works.

He helped me as much as possible, spent 2 hours solving my problem, respect!!!

I'd like to point out to potential buyers that you should look not at the IP address, but at the DNS of the provider providing you with that IP address. Many sellers here offer IP addresses from unfriendly countries, but through Russian providers like AEZA, TimeWeb, Stark, and so on. This is the same as using your own IP address. :)
Local providers will hand over your logs to Major Nakukales in a jiffy upon request. So, check your VPN provider.
