Activation took place through the official website redeem.microsoft.com, and the key was linked to my account without any restrictions.

The key is working, everything is registered, and is detected correctly:

I activated the product offline, so when I later logged into my Microsoft account, the key was not linked to the account and the message "Windows has been activated" remained.
Later, in Settings, I selected "Change Key" and entered the same key, after which the RETAIL key was linked to my Microsoft account and the message changed to "Windows is activated using a digital license linked to your Microsoft account."
