• Claims regarding incorrect data or inconsistency of the goods with the description are considered only if the buyer has informed the seller
about this using a special form of correspondence on the page with the purchase no later than 5 minutes from payment and after the buyer provides
video recording of the purchase process.
The video must be recorded using a screencast recorder.
The video recording should start from the moment of the purchase (that is, before you clicked the | buy | button) and end after writing
your message to the seller.
Video recording should be carried out continuously in full screen mode, the system date and time, cursor, clicking effect should be visible on the video
mouse buttons and the very moment of data entry.
Access to the video recording is transferred to the seller through a link to the video hosting or cloud service where the made
buyer videotape.

• If you have forgotten or lost your account password, or your account has been restricted or blocked by the gaming service, or lost as a result
unlawful acts against you by third parties,
or was destroyed by fire or flood or other natural disaster after the purchase, then
such accounts are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Exchange or replacement is possible only if the product you purchased does not match the description!
Refunds are possible only if the seller does not have the goods to provide a replacement.

• In case of non-compliance by the buyer with the claim procedure described above, the seller reserves the right to refuse the buyer
