Attention! Windows 8 N Proffesional is the same Windows 8 only without Windows Media Center.
The default language is English. It is treated like this:
1. Go to Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Language
2. Click Add Language and download the Russian language.
3. Reboot the system and voila. Russian language. Everything is official.
