Caesar in Gaul is a standalone campaign for Total War: ROME II, dedicated to Julius Caesar's war of conquest against the Gaulish tribes. The campaign is based on Caesar's Commentary on the Gallic War (Commentarii de bello Gallico). Players can choose between four factions involved in this conflict: Arverni (Gauls), Suebi (Germans), Nervii (Belgi) and Rome.
The Caesar in Gaul campaign covers a shorter span of time (58-51 BCE) and less territory than ROME II itself, but provides a more detailed representation of Gaul and the southern coast of Britain.
Compared to the Gaul map in ROME II, the Caesar in Gaul campaign has more regions and provinces, more factions (playable and non-playable), it also has a number of famous generals and historical statesmen that the player will recruit or with. fight depending on the selected faction.
This war brought great profits and fame to Caesar, making him incredibly popular among the Roman people. And at the same time, turning against him the Senate, which watched the strengthening of his military and political power, which later allowed him to become emperor.

Instructions for activating the key on Steam: 1. Download and install Steam http://steampowered.com/download/SteamInstall.msi register an account on Steam.
2. Click the "Add game - activate via Steam" button and follow the instructions. After activation, the game will appear in the list of games and you can download it.
3. Download and after complete installation, run and play.
