The Darkness II is a first-person shooter computer game that is a sequel to The Darkness. Was developed by Digital Extremes and published by 2K Games.
The gameplay in the game The Darkness II is very similar to the gameplay of the first part, however, there is still a significant innovation: now Jackie can use his abilities simultaneously with firearms. In addition, the interactivity of the locations has grown greatly, thanks to which the environment can now be used for military operations. In addition to everything, now our hero can use his supernatural abilities and weapons right in public places - in the first part, such an opportunity was absent. Particular attention will have to be paid to light - direct exposure to light, both solar and artificial, will interfere with the use of abilities.
Unlike the first part, Jackie has only one minion-imp in his assistants, which helps to overcome various obstacles, advance through the plot and in every possible way makes him laugh with his jokes and antics. There is an opportunity to play for him, and the game becomes a kind of "stealth".
