The new edition of Appendices A and B of ADR entered into force on January 1, 2013. The 2011 version of ADR can be used until 30 June 2013. Dangerous goods can be transported by road in Russia only in accordance with the requirements of the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods (ADR).

5.3.1.4.1 ADR - information boards should be located on the outer surfaces of both sides and rear of the tank truck, including empty ones that have not been cleaned and degassed (paragraph 5.3.1.6.1). These information boards should correspond to the danger signs prescribed in column 5 and, if necessary, in column 6 of Table A of Chapter 3.2 of ADR.
