Description of the principle of operation:

Registration of the deal begins with the choice of the contractor. On the project page, the Customer chooses the most suitable offer and goes to the "Offer a deal" button. In the form that opens, the Customer must fill in all the necessary information about the future order and indicate all stages of the transaction. Each stage must contain a title, terms of reference (TOR). the budget and time frame required to complete the specified work. The total budget of the deal is summed up from the budgets of each stage. Thus, the main document of a safe transaction is formed. After all the information is filled in, the Customer sends it to the selected Contractor for approval. If the Contractor does not agree with the terms of the deal, the Customer can change the text and send the deal for reconciliation. If the Contractor agrees with all the specified conditions, then the Customer is notified of this. After that, the Customer must pay the total budget of the transaction, including the service commission. The size of the site's commission is 10% of each of the parties and is a payment for carrying out this type of service on the site. As soon as the Customer has paid for the transaction, the Contractor can proceed to the first stage.
2. Execution of stages and completion of the transaction
The transaction phase must be completed on a pre-agreed line. In this case, the parties can exchange messages using the correspondence system on the page of the transaction stage. This allows you to clarify various issues and agree on the intermediate results of the work performed. After all the work and obligations for the current stage have been completed, the Customer accepts the work and thereby closes these stage of the transaction. Payment for this stage is transferred to the contractor's account. The transaction is completed automatically after all stages have been accepted.
3. Arbitration
If, in the course of performing any of the stages, disagreements arise between the parties to the transaction, you can apply to arbitration to resolve the situation. The Arbitration Commission makes its decision by analyzing the current situation. The Commission can decide on full or partial payment (refund) of the amount for the current stage of the transaction to the Customer or the Contractor. The decision of the arbitration panel cannot be reversed.
