The homemade sharpening machine is designed for diamond sharpening of carbide-tipped circular saws, including format sets used in furniture manufacturing for cutting laminated chipboard. Sharpening is carried out from the face of the tooth at an adjustable angle - it allows you to sharpen teeth of any shape. For sharpening saws, two attachments are used - the first for saws with a diameter of up to 250 mm (hand, table, miter, format scoring), as well as round cutters, the second - for sharpening machine (including format main) saws with a diameter of up to 400 mm. On an additional attachment, it is possible to sharpen finger mills for hand-held milling cutters and forstner drills. Sharpening accuracy 0,1 mm. High quality sharpening.
