Meet Storm 2: Vietnam, the sequel to PC Gamer's 2013 Massively Multiplayer Game, published by Tripwire Interactive and developed by Antimatter Games, the team behind the signature asymmetric gameplay of the original Rising Storm.
For the first time, authentic gunfights and ruthlessly truthful first-person action in the Red Orchestra series comes in the era of automatic weapons, portable grenade launchers and more modern weapon systems.
Rising Storm 2: Vietnam takes players on a gritty and realistic recreation of the Vietnam War.

Features:
- Large-scale battles for 64 players - In Rising Storm 2: Vietnam you will find intense tactical action for 64 players in the battles between the US Army and the forces of Vietnam. Each side has its own unique abilities and benefits such as napalm, artillery fire, surface-to-air missiles, traps, and more.
- Controlled helicopters. American team players can fly three well-known vehicles of those years: the UH-1H "Huey" transporter, the OH-6 "Loach" reconnaissance helicopter and the powerful AH-1G "Cobra" attack aircraft.
- Regular army against guerrilla forces. Play as both the US military and the Vietnamese resistance fighters. Rising Storm 2: Vietnam allows players to control both US soldiers and marines and the military and rebel forces of North Vietnam.
- New game modes. Game modes include the classic Territory Conquest from the Red Orchestra, as well as new modes created for teams of 15 or less. These new maps and modes are designed for a more team and competitive play, and reflect the minor skirmishes for which the Vietnam War is known.
- Large open realistic levels. Each map painstakingly recreates different episodes of the Vietnam conflict and sends players straight to the center of the battle with incredible authenticity. Among the maps you will find the famous jungles of Vietnam, as well as cities, rice fields, US bases and many other locations. Depending on the era and location, the maps will provide you with tons of opportunities for ambushes and flanking attacks.
- Authentic Vietnam War era weapons. The game features a variety of weapons typical of the time, including the M16, M14, M60, M79 and M3 for the Americans; and the Type 56 assault rifle (Chinese copy of the famous AK-47), RPG-7, MAT-49, SKS Carbine and much more for the Viet Cong. All weapons are meticulously recreated with the authenticity of the Red Orchestra series.
