Starting from January 1, 2009, federal state employees have new rules for cash services in the TOFK (order 8n).
Previously, cash expenses were documented by ordinary payment orders, but now a new document has been introduced instead of a payment order - an application for cash expense. The rules for filing applications are spelled out in the order of the Ministry of Finance No. 8n. The transfer of documents in electronic form is stipulated in the format of the Federal Treasury TFF 2009.01.
