Nuclear Dawn is the first game to combine shooter and strategy elements in equal measure, without oversimplifying either aspect of the gameplay.
As an infantry, explore war-disfigured post-apocalyptic landscapes inspired by modern cities, and take on the enemy as a heavily armed soldier, stormtrooper or scout. Use ten sets of weapons with a variety of weapons to complete the task. The shooter in Nuclear Dawn is tough, fast and unforgiving, based on player experience and tactics, not bare reflexes and memorization of the characteristics of each card.
Then step back from direct action and play as a commander. Create squads from other players and set tactical goals for them. Organize the flow of resources for your army and for the construction of important facilities. Use the terrain and points with resources to block the advance of the enemy, and then destroy their plans with an iron fist. Research and deploy new technologies to give your fighters an edge on the battlefield, and to build forward fortifications with defensive or offensive systems of your choice.
