So you are trying to activate the key through the norton website, you must activate it in the program itself.
2. The message "The product is already activated with this key (-1016)" appears
It means that you have already performed activation with the key and are trying to reactivate it.
3. I activated the antivirus, but the days were not added. Why is that ?
When activated, the days are not "plus", one key replaces another. Therefore, it will show the validity time of the last key that was activated.
4. I reinstalled the operating system and after that I cannot use my key again.
The key is bound to the device, so re-activation is not possible.
