1. In accordance with Art. 5 Constitution of the Russian Federation The principles of the federal structure enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation include:
*uniform legislation for the entire country;
*unity of the system of state power;
*delimitation of jurisdiction and powers between state authorities and local governments;
