In Gotham City, elections are held for the most worthy resident of the city. Bruce Wayne, wealthy and popular in secular circles, takes this title, bypassing Lex Luthor, the owner of a large corporation. In parallel, the Joker once again gathers his criminal gang in order to get the title of president of the metropolis with the help of cunning traps. Batman and his faithful assistant Robin will have to defeat the evil clown and fight Lex's robots to bring peace to the city. They will be helped by Superman (who also annoyed Luthor) and his team of superheroes.
