Course work "Database of housing and communal services"

In the course work, the user's task in the Access DBMS environment is developed and solved on a computer. Course work is performed in accordance with the assignment:
"To build a database of the subject area" Housing department ", which allows you to carry out accounting calculations for the payment of housing and communal services by tenants of the corresponding area."

A database has been created, with which the user in the housing department will be able to register new owners and their apartments, as well as enter data on the current prices for services. Based on data from the database, the user also needs to: generate an output document "Notices for payment"; to receive by settlement the amount to be paid, in accordance with the data on each apartment; identify debtors and unpaid bills.
