This is a book about a business plan, about the problems associated with its development. We hope for the attention of readers who are just going to create a new enterprise, as well as those who are no longer new to business, but want to expand its scope, modify or supplement the directions of their activities.
All businesses (firms, companies) need a business plan. However, for many, especially in our country, the need to develop a business plan is not an indisputable truth. The purpose of this book is to show entrepreneurs the importance of a business plan for organizing a successful business, to teach how to develop such a plan, to discover the secrets of entrepreneurial strategy and tactics, and to help them find their way in business.
The main orientation of the book is the processing industry, it was on its example that a business curriculum was developed, although the described principles of drawing up a business plan can be equally successfully applied in any other field of business, both in agriculture and in industry or services.
In preparing the book, the authors made extensive use of the most interesting publications of recent years on entrepreneurship issues published in the United States, such as "New Venture Creation by Jeffry A-Timmons," Successful Business Plan: Secrets and Strategy "The Successful Business Plan: Secrets & Strategies" by Rhonda M.
