Annotation: The book offered to the reader's attention, written by the famous linguist-orientalist N. V. Yushmanov (1896-1946), was the first domestic experience in building a concise course of Arabic grammar on a scientific basis. Analyzing the previous literature on Arabic studies, the author sets two tasks in his work: the first is to help in the practical mastery of the Arabic language; the second is to point the way to the scientific study of this language. At the same time, the views of Arabic grammarians on certain problems of Arabic linguistics are highlighted. Due to the wide coverage of grammatical problems with a relatively small volume of the book and the brevity of the presentation, the work of N.V.
