Divinity Anthology (Steam Gift / Region Free)

A huge technological divide separates the original Divinity 2 from The Dragon Knight Saga. The authors changed their project so much that the old "saves" no longer fit it. Of course, ideally, the Belgians should completely rewrite the bland script, add social skills and come up with exciting quests, but the amount of work is impressive. Battles with monsters, albeit as simple as before, do not frighten with sharp drops in difficulty. Larian reduced the insane level difference between the player and opponents, shuffled enemies in the fjords and final locations, removed homing arrows and fireballs ("strafe" really saves!), Strengthened frail archers. Random "loot" drops out according to a different algorithm - it is now much more interesting to exterminate animals and loot chests. The graphics have become more beautiful, the interface is clearer (on the Xbox 360 it was replaced altogether), the engine got rid of the "brakes" and the nervous tick, which was killing the animation in the bud. Walking through flying citadels bears little resemblance to the former squalor, and the hated power shields that blocked the dragon's path have disappeared.
