Roguelike collectible card game
When creating Destiny or Fate, we tried to harmoniously combine the two popular genres of “collectible card game” and “roguelike”. The player himself decides what tactics of passing the game to choose: you can fight bosses or go on a journey for treasures, fight with unusual creatures and, subsequently, form your own squad of them. Be careful, during the journey your hero may die, after which the game will have to be repeated!
Heroes with unique abilities
Each time you start the game, you go on a journey with one of the available heroes. You unlock new heroes as you progress through the game. Each hero has unique abilities that can be improved. Some of the heroes have powerful attack skills, while others will be able to take care of the protection of the squad.
Destiny or Fate heroes are beyond "direct control". However, it is possible to use the hero's unique skills every time the correct sequence of cards is played. Therefore, the tactics of the card battle significantly depends on the chosen hero. In addition, the hero has passive skills that do not require activation.
Each hero in the game has its own story, which is reflected in his character and abilities.
Strategic squad formation
With the exception of bosses, every monster you come across as you progress through the game can be recruited into your squad. Recruit monsters with the skills that gave you the most trouble, so you can do the same with the next enemy. Like heroes, monsters can improve their skills using treasures found on a journey.
With a unique deck of cards, your hero and monsters that you were able to defeat during the game, you can create a squad that matches your tactics. Achieving the perfect combination is not easy! This requires a lot of experimentation and a little luck.
