1967 The Caribbean Crisis, which marked the beginning of the third world war, continues. The global cooling resulting from the use of nuclear weapons radically changed the course of world history, foreshadowing a new, hitherto unprecedented intensification of the struggle for survival. Due to worldwide icing, which has made most of the US, Australia and southern Africa uninhabitable, the Americans are forced to use army units to evacuate troops, resources and population from the affected areas. This greatly weakened the position of the United States on the continent and opened the way for Soviet troops to the resources and territories of the American continent, which the United States needed so much. Inspired by the seizure of the EU lands in West Africa, the Soviet command launches the operation “Ice Campaign”, unprecedented in its scale: the expeditionary forces, having overcome the Arctic ice, fall on the undefended cities of America. The semi-desert territories of Mexico and the ice-covered megacities of the United States are becoming the field of new battles, the main goal of which is the survival of nations in the chaos of post-nuclear madness. “Ice Campaign” is a continuation of the Caribbean Crisis war simulator, made in the style of an alternative history using historically accurate technology of the late 60s , early 70s.
