Question 9. Find two components of violations of budgetary legislation, for which financial, administrative and criminal liability is provided. Determine what is the difference in the degree of responsibility using the example of the offenses you cited.

Question 10. Show schematically the organizational structure of the state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, and also indicate the sources of the formation of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.
