1. Statement of the problem
The database is being developed to support the activities of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation (FSKN RF), which is a specially authorized federal executive body. The Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation and its territorial bodies constitute a system of bodies for controlling the circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
The following subsystems must be implemented in the database: data entry and editing; data processing and analysis.
Enter and edit data using the following directories and documents: investigators; suspects; articles of accusation; positions; status; inspection protocol; protocol of interrogation; criminal case.
Perform data processing and analysis using the following queries and reports: inspection protocols; interrogation protocols; criminal proceedings; suspects; articles of accusation; search for a criminal case; information about the investigator; protocol analysis.
