Assassin's Creed: Revelations is the final part of a trilogy that tells the story of Ezio Auditore da Firenze and Altair ibn La Achad. In Assassin's Creed: Revelations; we again play as an Italian aristocrat and assassin in combination; - Ezio Auditore. The game starts in 1511. Fairly aged Ezio (he is 52 years old) arrives in Masiaf in search of traces of the lost library, which Altair built many centuries ago. After a series of events, the description of which we omit, Ezio ends up in Constantinople, where he meets the leader of the local guild of assassins, Yusuf Tamir. The traces of the library lead to the old shop of Nicolo Polo, where the lover of antiquities Sofia Sorto now lives and works. Together with the beautiful Italian woman, the old man Auditore finds five ancient books in which the location of the five keys from the Altair library is encrypted. After finding each of the artifacts, we are given to play a small episode from the life of the hero of the first part of the series. These flashbacks reveal what happened to Altair and the Apple of Eden after the events of the original Assassin's Creed ended.
In addition to the pursuit of ancient artifacts, Ezio will have to fight the Templars for power over Constantinople, because against the background of the search for the library, a palace conflict is brewing: two sons of Sultan Bayezid II are fighting for power in the city. Ezio, of course, gets into the thick of things, because on the way to Constantinople he met a certain young man who was heading to Istanbul to study. As it turned out later, this young man is none other than the grandson of the Sultan, the legendary Suleiman I.
