ARMA II : DayZ Mod is a free multiplayer modification for the PC game ArmA 2 and its add-on ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead, developed by Bohemia Interactive. The modification was created by one of the employees of Bohemia Interactive, New Zealand game designer Dean Hall as an amateur add-on. On August 8, 2012, it was announced that Bohemia Interactive would take over the development of the mod into a standalone game.
The game itself ARMA II: DayZ Mod (GIFT STEAM) is a survival simulator in a zombie apocalypse, where the main task is to "survive". In ARMA II : DayZ Mod, you should not forget that this is ARMA 2, which the developers tried to make "ultra realistic". In ARMA II: DayZ Mod your character will want to drink, eat, live in real time (days in the game are equal to real days), not see at night without special devices, lose blood from wounds, freeze, get sick and, of course, constantly die - from zombie attacks, falls, diseases and bandit bullets all this is ARMA II : DayZ Mod. The average life expectancy of a beginner in the game ARMA II : DayZ Mod is no more than half an hour. Only seasoned and experienced players are able to live for several days in the game ARMA II : DayZ Mod.
