Enemies mean not only infected zombies, but also other players who travel the world in the same way in search of useful items.
There was an epidemic, during which 95% of the people on the planet turned into zombies, five years have passed since that moment. Before the start of the game, an event occurred that could save humanity, new evolving species of zombies appeared, which have special stem cells, and from these cells you can create a vaccine with which you can cure an infected person. However, these new species of zombies are very few and difficult to find (and they are not in the game yet). The game starts the moment people try to find them.
