then the first ICQ number will be blocked and all his contacts will be automatically moved to the second ICQ number.
Blocking means that the number will be lost (you cannot login, send a message, change info).
In other words, the number will be lost.

1) Go through this link and validate your phone number (link your phone number to the ICQ number):

2) Use your phone number to change the password on your ICQ number.

If you cannot immediately change the password, then you need to try again after 24 hours.
