Global Trust are industrialists who dig the ground, extract coal for power plants and litter the remains of the environment in every possible way. Eden Initiative is green ecologists, wind farms, and sustainable building materials. SCIENCES are elite scientists, whose favors both sides want. Each of them has its own original design of buildings, and features of the economy.

The game is a high-quality urban planning simulator. Many were afraid that the developers would bring medieval economics to the game. The fears were not justified, and the player was presented with an excellent game. Outwardly, everything looks very good, and the underwater buildings appeared for the first time in the series.
