  1. Seller's personal data


    Why do you need a personal certificate and how to get it?

    Having a personal certificate gives the seller a number of advantages:
    - the degree of trust on the part of buyers increases;
    - if the buyer leaves negative feedback, then the seller’s personal account and goods remain unblocked.
    You can find out about all the conditions for obtaining a personal certificate on the website Certification Center WebMoney Transfer. In order to make a note that you have a certificate, go to the page Personal account - Details, press the button [change details] and click on the link <I received a personal certificate>.



    I have a personal certificate. I filled out the "WMID" field, but the system says that there is no personal passport. What to do?

    How can I change the data specified during registration?

    Open the page Personal account - Details And click the [change details].



    Is it necessary to fill out the "Organization name" field?

    Yes, the organization name must be in addition to the Abbreviated Name field. Your "Organization Name" in the DigiSeller service must be unique.

  2. Product placement


    Can I sell items that cannot be left in your store in advance?

    Our store is a trading platform with instant delivery of goods. Therefore, in our service it is strictly forbidden to place anything other than the product itself as a product. An exception is made only in the case of selling hosting and displays of banner exchange networks. In this case, you are not selling the hosting or banner displays themselves, but the access details for the account on which they are located.
    In addition, instead of downloading a file with a product, you can provide a link to such a file (physically it can be posted on your website).
    In any case, in the product description you must clearly indicate what exactly the buyer will receive after payment.



    I want to sell impressions to a banner exchange network. How to do it?

    There are two ways to sell banner impressions with us:
    1. A separate account is created where the sold impressions are transferred, and a login and password to access this account are sold.
    2. A pin code or password is sold. The buyer, having subsequently communicated it to the seller, receives the desired product. However, in this case, in the product description it is necessary to indicate not “banner impressions”, but a code for receiving banner impressions along with contact information about where this code should be reported.



    Unscrupulous buyers buy my goods and put them up for sale in their own name at dumping prices. How to avoid this?

    1. Always claim your rights to the product. If this is text, put a copyright sign. Specify the terms and conditions under which the product is distributed. Use an immutable format (eg PDF). If it's graphics, use digital watermarks. If it is a program, include a license agreement and copyright notice. Register your copyright in any way possible.

    2. If you find a product on our trading platform that violates copyright, please notify us through a special form (Link <report violation> on the page with a description of a specific product).



    Can I list the same product in several sections?

    No.



    Can I place the same product in several stores using the DigiSeller service?

    Yes. To do this, first add the product to our store, then go through the procedure again and add the product to another store, then to a third, etc.



    I want to upload a large file to your server. Are there file size limits?

    The seller's free disk space is 50 MB. In this case, the maximum allowable size of the uploaded file is 2 MB. You can remove the file size limit by purchasing additional disk space. You can do this on the page Personal account - Disk space. The cost of renting 100 MB is 1 WMZ per month.



    Is it allowed to use html tags in the product description?

    No, the use of html code when entering information about a product is prohibited.



    What programs can I sell?

    Only those for which you have the right to sell. This requirement applies not only to software, but also to any other product. If you want to resell a legally purchased product once, then place it in our store as a unique product.



    I added a product, but I can’t find it among other products in the marketplace catalog. Why?

    Although the product becomes available for purchase via a direct link immediately after it is added, it will appear in the catalog and search index after 1 hour.



    Can I additionally include contact information in the product description?

    No you can not. All seller contact information is listed on a separate Seller Information page.

  3. Product management


    I have downloaded mobile operator PIN codes and would like to receive a quality certificate for these products. How can I do it?

    The issuance of a certificate is preceded by an examination of the product, which determines whether the contents of the product correspond to its description. To check the quality of PIN codes, the expert needs to use them for their intended purpose, however, after such actions they will become invalid. Therefore, it is impossible to obtain a quality certificate for a unique product.



    I want to temporarily stop selling a product. Is it possible to do this without deleting the product?

    To do this, you can move it to the "My Store" section. On the page Products - List click on the <change> link opposite the product in the “description” column, on the next page click <change> in the “shop” line, select “My store” and click the button [save].

  4. Reviews


    The buyer left negative feedback and all my items are temporarily blocked. Tell me what to do now?

    You need to contact the buyer, try to resolve the conflict and get the negative review changed. To leave a comment on a review or start a correspondence with the buyer, use the page Products - Reviews - Negative reviews.
    If the buyer does not indicate in the review what exactly he is not satisfied with, and also if the text of the review contains obscene words and expressions, let us know about it.



    The buyer who left negative feedback does not respond to my emails. What to do?

    All correspondence with the buyer regarding his negative review must be conducted only through a special interface on the page Products - Reviews - Negative reviews. If you do not agree with negative feedback and the buyer does not respond to your messages for a long time, please let us know to consider removing the negative review.



    The buyer decided to change the review of my product. How can he do this?

    You can use the section Delivery. After authorization, the buyer has access to all of his products and will be able to change his review.



    Can I repeatedly buy a product from myself and leave positive feedback?

    Such actions will be regarded as an attempt to increase the rating, which will immediately lead to the blocking of your account.



    I sold an item, but now I want to remove it. I have received positive reviews from customers for this product. Will they disappear when I delete the product?

    Yes, when you delete a product, all reviews left by customers for this product are also deleted. However, your rating will remain; if you delete a product, the rating will not change.

  5. Working with the account


    Why can't I withdraw money for sold goods?

    Because 72 hours have not yet passed since the sale of the goods or the operation is incomplete for another reason.

    List of transactions that are considered unfinished:
    - sale of goods, from the time of which 72 hours have not passed;
    - accrual of agency fees from the sale of goods, from the time of which 72 hours have not passed;
    - sale of goods by SMS payment, less than 10 days have passed since;
    - sale of a product for which the buyer left a negative review, which led to temporary blocking;
    - sale of goods, funds from which are blocked by the administrator of the trading platform.



    On the “Personal Account - Details” page I indicated all WM wallets, however, payment for my goods is still accepted through ROBOX. Why?

    Indicating wallets on the page Personal account - Details is only necessary to withdraw funds from the account, and does not in any way affect the acceptance of payments. To set up payment methods, use the page Products - Payment methods.



    The buyer bought goods from me on credit. After some time, he informed me that the loan had been repaid, but the funds from the sale of the goods were never received into my account. Why?

    After repaying the loan, the buyer must go to the product delivery page and click the button [I paid off the loan]. You can also register your loan repayment yourself. To do this on the page Accounting - Loans click <check status>. After this is done, the funds from the sale of the goods will be transferred to your personal account.



    I would like to withdraw the entire amount from my account and leave some of the funds for future expenses. Is this possible?

    No. You can withdraw the entire amount accumulated in each of the WM currencies (WMZ, WMR, WME, WMU) at once. If in the future you need funds in your DigiSeller account, simply top it up from your WM wallet.



    Explain how the commission for goods sold is calculated and what it consists of?

    A commission is charged on every item sold. It may include 3 components:

    1) DigiSeller service commission (0,5%)

    2) Our store’s commission (depending on the section in which the product is placed)
    Payment cards - 1%
    Digital goods - 5%
    E-books - 5%
    Software - 5%

    3) Partner remuneration (set by you personally)
    It is removed only if the product was sold through an affiliate link or through an agent store.



    After selling an item worth $1 in the list of transactions on the account, I discovered that I was charged a commission of 5,5%, and the “net” income was $0,94. So the commission was actually 6%, not 5,5%. Explain how this happened.

    The fact is that the commission charged to the seller includes several components: DigiSeller service commission (0,5%), our store commission (depending on the section), affiliate remuneration (if an agent participated in the sale of the product). These numbers are calculated and distributed step by step, separately from each other. In this case, the commission amount is rounded and cannot be less than $0,01.

    In our example, the DigSeller service commission: 0,5% of $1 = $0,005 = $0,01.
    Our store commission: 5% = $0,05.
    Total $0,01 + $0,05 = $0,06.
