Explanations of clause 4.1.5 of the trading platform rules
1. Recently, cases have become more frequent when the seller demands that the buyer remove a negative review, promising to provide a quality product afterwards. The buyer inadvertently deletes the review, thereby depriving himself of the chance of a refund. The seller, having achieved the removal of the review, begins to ignore the buyer, or in every possible way delays the delivery of a quality product.
In such cases, after the buyer’s request, the seller’s trading activities will be blocked until the conflict situation is resolved. If this situation repeats, the seller will be denied the right to use the trading platform forever.
2. There are situations when the seller, under various pretexts, demands that the buyer provide access to the product delivery page. Having achieved his goal, the seller deletes the review.
In such situations, the seller's activity on the marketplace will be permanently terminated.
3. In cases where the seller has many complaints from buyers, does not try to resolve conflict situations, drags out time to resolve the problem, or does not try to prove to the buyer that he is right in a controversial situation, the seller’s trading activities will be suspended. Resumption of activity will be possible only after the seller has settled all disputes with dissatisfied customers.
Blocking the seller’s trading activities in the described cases is regulated the rules trading platform.
4.1.5. The seller of WMCentre.net is obliged to conscientiously fulfill his obligations both to the administration of WMCentre.net and to his counterparties (in case of concluding purchase and sale transactions with the latter)
5.3. If the administration of WMCentre.net becomes aware of a violation by the Seller of the terms of this Agreement, the following sanctions may be applied to such Seller:
