Всё ок, получил в течение пары часов, почту в аккаунте пришлось менять - ru домен почты не поддерживается. Как и предполагал продавец предоставляет edu лицензию, она равноценна pro. Если слетит раньше заявленных 6 месяцев - обновлю отзыв.

I personally logged into the admin panel and provided screenshots showing that all products are available, but unfortunately no technical details or proof of an actual issue were provided from your side.
