Task 9.Citizen K., a participant in the Second World War, owned a land plot with a house in the village of Udelnaya, Ramensky District, Moscow Region. He died on April 4, 1997. His daughter is his legal successor. In early May 1997, she submitted an application for acceptance of the inheritance to the notary office at the location of the land plot. In November 1997, her inheritance rights were formalized, and in early 1998 she was issued documents certifying the rights to land.
The tax inspectorate sent a notice of outstanding debts on the payment of land tax for 1997.
