You are a HR manager and conduct the initial selection of personnel for the organization using one of the currently widespread selection methods - handwriting examination. One of the candidates for a vacant position has come to you, for the role of which you can choose any of your relatives or friends. Ask him to dictation a text of 7-10 lines. Evaluate handwriting according to the factors suggested below, for which in each of the seven sections select one indicator.

just small - 7 points
medium - 17 points
large - 20 points
2. SLOPE OF LETTERS:

sharp lean to the left - 5 points

The 2 situation
The mechanical plant has the highest staff turnover rate among fitters - assemblers of the main conveyor (turnover reaches 8070 per year). The work of the collectors is quite simple and monotonous, does not require much physical effort. Assemblers are trained directly at the workplace for four hours.
Reception of assemblers at the plant is carried out by the personnel department without the participation of foremen or other managers. Applicants complete a standard form (see below) and are interviewed by the HR inspector who makes a hiring decision approved by the HR manager.
