Accounting for goods for incapacitated citizens

with disabled citizens (boarding schools, shelters, etc.). At the end of each year, the social worker must provide
a report on the expenditure of personal funds of such citizens to the guardianship authorities. And it is very, very difficult to do it manually,
since boarding schools are very large and in one institution 200 and 300 such people can live.
