Testing system Delphi (for web-design)

The object of the study is the section of knowledge "Web-design".
The subject of research is the development of a computer system.
The purpose of this work is to develop a computer system for controlling knowledge in the section "Web-design".
In accordance with the goal, the need for setting and solving the following tasks was determined:
- to study the concept of an information system;
– describe the existing knowledge control systems;
- describe development tools;
– to formulate terms of reference for development;
– develop algorithms and describe the procedure for working with a computer knowledge control system.
